Onboard your team in minutes
From the team dashboard you invite staff by email one at a time, or upload a CSV file to invite a whole department at once. Each person receives an invitation, sets up their card inside your branding and can share it straight away by link or by QR code.
Each card has its own QR code that never changes when details are edited, so codes printed on name badges, brochures or email signatures keep working even after someone updates their number. On paid plans, staff can also add their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet; the pass opens the live card.
See how your team shares, with analytics you can export
The dashboard shows card views, QR scans, link clicks and contact saves, along with devices and locations. Automated bot traffic is filtered out, so the numbers reflect people. You can export the data for your own reports, for example to compare activity across departments after an exhibition in Doha.

Can employees change the design of their own card?
With brand lock on, staff cards stay on your company branding. Employees can still keep their own contact details, photo and title up to date.
How do we add many employees at once?
Upload a CSV file from the team dashboard to invite staff in bulk, or invite people one by one by email.
What happens when an employee changes role?
Edit their card and the change appears the next time anyone opens it. Their QR code stays the same, so printed codes keep working.
Do our clients need an app to open a staff card?
No. BCard is a web app, so cards open in any phone browser and can be saved to contacts in one tap.
