QR code business card
A QR code business card that keeps working after you print it
Every BCard digital business card comes with its own QR code. Anyone in Doha or anywhere else points a phone camera at it and your card opens, ready to save to contacts.

What a business card QR code actually does
A business card QR code is a link you can scan. With BCard, that link opens your digital business card: your photo, logo, name, job title, short bio and buttons to call, email, message you on WhatsApp or visit your website. It opens in the phone browser, so the person scanning does not need to install an app.
From there, one tap on save to contacts adds your details to their phone as a contact file (vCard). No retyping a mobile number from a paper card, no misspelled email address, and no card lost at the bottom of a bag.
- Works with the built-in camera on iPhone and Android phones
- Opens your live card with contact buttons, social and custom links
- One tap to save your details to the phone's contacts
Your code stays the same when your details change
The usual worry with printed QR codes is that they go out of date. A BCard QR code points to your card, not to the details inside it. Change your title, add a new number or swap your photo, and the same code opens the updated card.
That means the code on your printed cards, flyers or packaging keeps working after a promotion, a new office in Doha or a change of phone number. You edit once in your dashboard and every printed copy shows the new information the next time someone scans it.
Design the code to match your brand
You choose the colour of your QR code so it sits well on your stationery and signage. Download it as a PNG for quick use in documents and presentations, or as an SVG for printers and designers who need sharp edges at any size. Downloads go up to 1200 px.
The QR code is included with every card, on the Free plan as well as the paid plans. You do not pay extra to generate it or to download it.

Three ways to share it
A QR code is only useful if people can reach it. With BCard you have three simple options, and you can use all of them at once.
- Show it on your phone: open your card and let the other person scan your screen across the table
- Print it: on business cards, flyers, shop signage, name badges, booth stands or product packaging
- Send your link: paste your card link into WhatsApp, email signatures or social profiles when you are not face to face

See how often your code is scanned
On the Pro and Agency plans, your analytics show views, QR scans, link clicks and contact saves, along with the devices and locations behind them. Automated bot traffic is filtered out, so the numbers reflect real people.
This helps you compare where your code performs best, for example a printed flyer against a code shown on your phone at meetings. For teams in Qatar, the Agency plan puts every staff card under one company account with a team dashboard. Plan details are on the pricing page.

Questions
Is the QR code free?
Yes. Every BCard digital business card includes its own QR code, including on the Free plan. The Free plan gives you one card with QR sharing, no time limit and no payment details required.
Will my QR code stop working if I change my phone number or job title?
No. The code points to your card, not to the details on it. Edit your card and the same code opens the updated version, so anything you have already printed keeps working.
Does the person scanning need an app?
No. They use the normal camera on their iPhone or Android phone. Your card opens in the browser and they can save your details to their contacts with one tap.
Which file format should I give my printer?
Use the SVG download for print work, since it stays sharp at any size. The PNG download, up to 1200 px, suits documents, slides and email signatures.
Can I change the colour of my QR code?
Yes. You can set a custom colour for the code so it matches your card, stationery or signage before you download it.
Can I see how many people scanned my code?
On the paid plans, Pro and Agency, analytics show QR scans alongside views, link clicks, contact saves, devices and locations, with bot traffic filtered out.
